What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of your shipment date. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Returns shipped back within policy will automatically receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.
Items purchased on sale are subject to a $12 restocking fee, deducted from your refund total. Restocking fee does not apply for exchanges. Certain products are non-returnable, labeled as "Final Sale" on the product page. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
NexDenim® reserves the right to revoke return privileges from any customer.
You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received and processed, typically within 3 business days.
Please note if the items returned do not exactly match your RMA request, there will be a delay with your refund. Should you choose to change your return request, please contact us to modify your request.
How do I return an item?
Visit our "Start a Return" page and provide information on your order details then we'll take it from there.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10 AM EST will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekends will ship the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. And sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the state and county of your shipping address.
Do you accept P.O Box shipping address?
Unfortunately, at this time, our shipping partners do not accept P.O. box addresses.
