Shipping Policy
For in-stock items, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your order. Kindly allow for additional time, as our inventory may occasionally run low.
We provide complimentary ground shipping for U.S. domestic orders or expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Ground Shipping: FREE. Expected transit time is 3-7 business days.

3-Day Expedited Shipping: $20. Expected transit time is 3 business days.
International shipping fees and delivery times vary, and we do not offer International Express Shipping at this time. Please be aware that duties and taxes may be levied upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the checkout price. We regret to inform you that we have no control over the timing or amount of these charges, as they vary by country, city, and package, and we are unable to manage them on your behalf.
Unfortunately, our shipping partners do not currently accept P.O. box addresses.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
Return and Exchange Policy
For U.S. domestic addresses, we offer free returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days from the date of shipment. International orders are subject to shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund total. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Returns that comply with our policy will automatically receive a full refund credited back to your original form of payment.
For a partial order return request, after receiving your return, we'll check the items included and issue refunds accordingly. If you return the remaining items later, additional shipping fees may apply to subsequent return requests for the same order.
Items purchased on sale are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. However, this restocking fee does not apply for exchanges. Please note that certain products are non-returnable and are labeled as "Final Sale" on the product page. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
NexDenim® reserves the right to revoke return privileges from any customer.
Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once your return package has been received and processed, typically within 3 business days. Please be aware that if the items returned do not exactly match your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, there may be a delay in processing your refund. If you wish to modify your return request, please contact us to make the necessary changes.
